Encounters

Encounters work mostly like in the base game: https://nwn.fandom.com/wiki/Encounter

Except for the difficulty / CR spawning condition: those are completely ignored, the random spawn will be generated the same way for any player character: it will have a random number of creatures between the minimum and maximum values and creatures will be picked randomly in the list.
